A video is making the rounds on social media that reveals the moment American rapper Cardi B throws a microphone at an audience member who had poured a drink at her on stage.
During a performance at Drai’s Beachclub in Las Vegas, an audience member hurled a drink at the rapper while she performed her hit, “Bodak Yellow.”
Cardi B immediately retaliated by hurling her microphone back at the audience member.
The video shows the person being escorted out of the crowd by security. The Invasion of Privacy rapper allegedly walked off the stage after the incident.
It was later reported that the concertgoer who threw the device did so because he thought “it would be funny”.
