Singer Burna Boy Set To Perform At 2023 Coachella For N1.2 Billion ($1.5 Million)
Burna Boy is set to perform at the 2023 Coachella on the 14th of April. According to a source, Burna Boy is reportedly being paid 1.5 million dollars for his Coachella performances.
This Source, Dan Runcie claims Burna Boy will be paid 1.5 Million Dollars even though he is not among the headliners. He also recounted how Burna performed at Coachella in 2019 but was upset that the font size of his name on the festival poster wasn’t bigger.
Dan Runcie commended Burna Boy for letting go of his headliner mentality and finally making money. This year’s Coachella lineup features two headliners, Bad Bunny and Blackpink, who release majority of their music in non-English.
With Burna Boy being paid 1.5 million dollars, he will be trashing Wizkid’s record. Recall that Wizkid said he was paid $1 million dollars to perform at Rolling Loud Toronto in 2022.
